Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled Tail-off | 9 pieces (or ½ pound)
Corn or Flour Tortillas (small, taco size) | 3 pieces
Wingzza Mambo Sauce | ¼ cup
Ranch dressing | to taste
Seasoned Flour or Seafood Breader | to cover
Shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo (or diced tomatoes), shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend | to taste
Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees
Rinse shrimp and cover with seasoned flour/seafood breader and shake off excess
Place shrimp in deep fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp has internal temperature of 145 degrees
Toss shrimp with Wingzza Mambo Sauce until thoroughly covered
Warm tortillas on griddle or in microwave
Place shrimp, cheese, lettuce, pico into tortilla and drizzle with ranch to taste
