Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs | 4 pieces
Blue Cheese Dressing | ¼ cup
Brioche Buns | 4 buns
Wingzza Mambo Sauce | ½ cup
Morton’s Season All | to taste
Seasoned Flour or Chicken Breader | to cover
Pickles | to taste
Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees
Rinse chicken thighs and season lightly with season all
Cover thighs with seasoned flour/chicken breader and shake off excess
Place chicken thighs in deep fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes or until chicken has internal temperature of 165 degrees
Toss chicken thighs with Wingzza Mambo Sauce until thoroughly covered
Toast buns lightly
Spread blue cheese dressing on buns
Place fried and sauced thigh on toasted bun and top with pickles to taste

Try substituting portabella mushroom caps for chicken thighs to go meatless.
