Ingredients

Raw Chicken Wings | 4 whole

Seasoned Flour or Chicken Breader | to cover

Wingzza Mambo Sauce | ½ cup

Frozen Crinkle Cut French Fries | 2 cups

Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning | 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees

  2. Rinse chicken wings and rub down with flour/breader until wings have a sticky paste-like consistency

  3. Place chicken wings in deep fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shake them occasionally to make sure they don’t stick

  4. Once chicken wings are done, place them on a paper towel to extract the grease

  5. Place crinkle cut fries in deep fryer and cook for 3 ½ minutes. When done place on paper towel.

  6. Place wings and fries on plate and season fries with creole seasoning.

  7. Generously cover wings & fries with Mambo sauce.

  8. Enjoy!

Notes:

Add a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for a twist.
