Raw Chicken Wings | 4 whole
Seasoned Flour or Chicken Breader | to cover
Wingzza Mambo Sauce | ½ cup
Frozen Crinkle Cut French Fries | 2 cups
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning | 1 teaspoon
Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees
Rinse chicken wings and rub down with flour/breader until wings have a sticky paste-like consistency
Place chicken wings in deep fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shake them occasionally to make sure they don’t stick
Once chicken wings are done, place them on a paper towel to extract the grease
Place crinkle cut fries in deep fryer and cook for 3 ½ minutes. When done place on paper towel.
Place wings and fries on plate and season fries with creole seasoning.
Generously cover wings & fries with Mambo sauce.
Add a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for a twist.
